These are our rules
Items that are custom made, such as our initial rings are not accepted for return.
The order needs to be received by us within 14. The customer pays for the return shipping fee.
The product must be in its original packaging.
You are not allowed to return a product that is dirty, has been used or washed.
Regarding our swimwear, the protective seal on the bikini bottoms can not be broken. If broken you can not return the item, they must unworn.

The refund takes approximately 5-10 days and the shipping fee is not
Unclaimed packages, a package can be held at a post office for 14 days until being returned to us. Unclaimed packages will be repaid, excluding a fee of 99kr to cover expenses that may apply when being returned to us.

The shipping time varies, but we try to keep it within 1-2 weeks, note that delays can occur.
For orders outside of Sweden, the shipping time might be delayed by one week.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email. The order usually arrives 1-3 working days after receiving the email.

If you have any questions about your order, or our products feel free to contact us. We will respond to you as fast as we possibly can. It usually takes 24h, but during stressful periods it can take up to 72h.
