The shipping time varies, but we try to keep it within 1-2 weeks, note that delays can occur due to the virus.For orders outside of Sweden, the shipping time might be delayed by one week.
Shipping cost is 59kr in sweden, and 200kr for the rest of the world. Free shipping on orders over 600kr
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email. The order usually arrives 1-3 working days after receiving the email.
How do I make a return?
When recieving your package you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the product or not. If you decide to return the product you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
The products must have their original packaging and contain everything that followed in the delivery. You are not allowed to return a product that has been used, is dirty or has been washed. If any of the products are soiled or do not match the criterias above, the refund will not be a 100%. PLEASE NOTICE Custom made orders (for ex initial ring and initial drops) can not be returned

Note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you make a return and the final cost is no longer over 600SEK, we will charge you the shipping cost. Includes orders where free shipping codes have been used.
A package can be held at a post office for 14 days until being returned to us. Unclaimed packages will be repaid, excluding a fee of 79kr to cover expenses that may apply when being returned to us.
